Job Opening: Sales Associate

What You Will Be Doing

As part of the Creative Pharmacist team, you will be an integral part of engaging inbound leads and attending pharmacy trade-shows. We are looking for a passionate team member with experience and success in sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call inbound leads
  • Demonstrate CP technologies and relate them to our customers’ needs
  • Keep management informed by submitting reports of activities and results, e.g. call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
This is a full-time, salaried position and a successful candidate will be expected to reside in the area of Evans, GA. Travel will be approximately 20% of total time.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience and success in sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • BS Degree or greater

Job Opening: Executive Assistant

What You Will Be Doing

As part of the Creative Pharmacist team, you will be an integral part of organizing and keeping the office running and sane. We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks for the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive calls, take messages and route correspondence to appropriate team members
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
This is a full-time, salaried position and a successful candidate will be expected to reside in the area of Augusta, GA.

What You Need for this Position
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
